Right after the "Chatgpt moment", advertisers are used to have AI tools to help with copy and creatives. To meet where they are, I designed LinkedIn's first AI assisted ad creation flow, including ai assisted ad copy, DALLE image generation, ad variant creation to increase advertiser productivity and provide creatives resources to SMBs.

Brand marketers want to catch eyeballs of their buyers when they have a big product release or a tentpole event. They want specific dates and maximun reach. I built LinkedIn's reservation buying flow, allowing advertisers to reserve the top ad slot for maximum visibility, bringing $45M ARR.

As connected TV devices become more popular and replace traditional TV, advertisers want to target professional audience through this new channel. I designed LinkedIn's Connected TV ad format, allowing advertisers to run ads on connected TV devices while leveraging LinkedIn's B2B audience. CTV ads brings $140M annual revenue.

Companies, especially B corps, wants to calculate and offset their carbon emissions to reach the net zero goal. To help them calculate all emissions on their supply chain, I designed file uploader experience for users to easily calculate all third party emission data and offset with one click.

Emission insights dashboard

Companies want to understand their emission data on their supply chain so they can better strategize towards their net zero goal and prepare their annual emission report. I designed this emission insights dashboard for them to quickly identify key emission driver, slice and dice the data through different dimensions and quickly offset their emissions.

Users tend to churn right after they create a Strava account. Through quantitative research, we identified that if they track their first activity and follow at least one person, their retention rate increases significantly. I designed the new onboarding flow to incorporate those two tasks, which increased the retention rate by 20%.
